An employment tribunal involving a college lecturer who claims he was victimised by the Department of Education, Sport and Culture will be heard next year.
William Harper Faulds and the department were both at a hearing earlier this month and applied for parts of each other's case to be truck out.
Mr Faulds is claiming he was discriminated against after whistleblowing, given less favourable treatment as a part-time worker and the DESC breached its duty of care and trust.
The department denies the allegations and a hearing is due to be held next year.
