With the festive holiday season fast approaching those going to the UK are being reminded of the importance of having travel insurance.
The reciprocal health agreement between the Island and the UK covers emergency health care without repatriation.
It now means that if uncovered and in need to emergency air transport you could be lumbered with a bill for as much as £20,000.
