The Department of Infrastructure is to appear in court charged with health and safety breaches.
Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks was due to call the case at Douglas Courthouse, but heard both sets of advocates were unavailable to attend.
The department is alleged to have failed to discharge its health and safety duties between April and July last year, but hasn’t yet entered any pleas.
Mr Brooks adjourned the case until August 25.
