The Department of Health and Social Care says it'll offer as much support as it can to those affected by a nursing home closure.
36 residents and 61 staff will be affected when the King's Reach Care Home in Ramsey shuts on October 1.
Four Seasons Healthcare told the department earlier this year it was considering the closure.
The DHSC says Adult Social Care staff will help people who need it to find suitable new homes.
