An old derelict hotel which is being demolished next month will cause up to six weeks of disruption for motorists.
The Mannin Hotel on Broadway is being knocked down before a new 50 bedroom property will be rebuilt in its place.
It means from Monday, October 1st, the roads from below the Villa Marina entrance to the promenade will be closed.
Director of Highways Richard Pearson says the department
