Police are anxious to hear from anybody who may have seen the vehicle being towed away, or if anyone has been offered the vehicle for sale.
An appeal has gone out to the public after a distinctive car was stolen whilst parked on Central Promenade, Douglas.
The vehicle is a red Renault 5 GT; it was stolen between Wednesday and Friday of last week.
As the car is currently not starting it would have had to be towed away.
It’s a rare model with only a few of its kind currently on the Island, making it easy to spot.
