Coastguard officers are warning people to keep their pets under control after a dog died yesterday.
The incident happened on Peel Hill shortly after 2.30pm when a dog fell over cliff.
Coastguards climbed down using specialist gear but found the dog had died.
Theyy're advising people to keep dogs on leads when they're near cliffs - and to call 999 rather than try to rescue animals themselves.
