Drivers not heeding anti-drink drive message say police

Officers say whilst there were plenty of people out enjoying Christmas parties not all of them heeded the anti drink-drive message. 

 

It resulted in a number of arrests - Sergeant Steven Lapsley heads up the Roads Policing Unit: 

 

 

This year's annual safety campaign was launched by the Department of Infrastructure, Public Health and the emergency services under the slogan "How Will Your Night End?"
