A drug dealer serving a 20-year sentence will be back in court later this month as he appeals a court decision on seizing the proceeds of his crimes.
Kyle Brian Molyneux, also known as Johnson, was jailed last August after pleading guilty to attempting to produce heroin, being concerned in producing cocaine, conspiracy to remove criminal property and affray.
A proceeds of crime hearing was held in March for the court to order his assets seized if they were bought with criminal cash.
Next Monday, a directions hearing will take place at Douglas Courthouse as he appeals the court's decision.
