Police say they will target people using the Island's road network for criminal purposes.
The Roads Policing Unit has shared a picture of drugs and cash which were seized on Friday.
A vehicle was stopped by an unmarked patrol car and the driver was arrested for possession of cannabis.
A property in the north of the Island was searched and the person was further arrested for possession of a Class A drug and possession of it with intent to supply.
