Education Minister Speaks Up in Defence of Proposed Shake Up Plans
Education Minister Anne Craine has said she can understand people's apprehension about the proposed Government shake up, but believes it will be for the best in the long term.
Education is one of the two departments that is to remain intact , one of the key changes is the introduction of the Department for Economic Development, geared toward creating new revenue streams for the Island.
Minister Craine said it may take a short while to take off but says she is sure it's the positive way forward for the Isle of Man.
