Commemorations to celebrate the 100th anniversary of World War One are being centralised to help make it easier for people to promote them.
Government has established a working group, and a central calendar, to help community organisations and public authorities mark the significant date.
The group will not directly organise activities, or allocate funding, instead acting as a central co-ordination point.
It will run over the next four years as it’s anticipated anniversaries of the key dates throughout the great war will be marked.
