Elbow have lent their support to a new charity CD which is being made on the Island to raise money to equip the breast unit.
The band has allowed fundraisers, including X-Factor star Simon Lynch, to cover the song 'One Day Like This':
That's vice chairman of the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group Carole Male - the group has managed to raise £1.6 million to build the facility which is due to open early next year.
This weekend local singers were also able to add their voice to the single which will be released on December 13th:
