RNLI crews were called to the aid of a yacht off the Islands coast this week.
Peel lifeboat responded shortly before 4pm on Tuesday to reports of a small fire on board a vessel around eight miles south of the town.
On arrival, it was discovered there was no fire but that an overheating engine billowing steam was the cause of the issue.
The craft was towed back to Peel harbour - the single crewman on the yacht was safe and well.
