Temporary two-way traffic lights will be in place this week as the Fairy Bridge is fixed.
The DOI has confirmed lights will be along the New Castletown Road between 9.30am - 3.30pm each day, from today until Friday.
It comes after the bridge was damaged earlier this month after a heavy goods vehicle came off the road.
