All Manx Electric Railways services between Douglas and Laxey were cancelled this morning due to a fallen tree and power cables that have fallen down.
A limited service was runing between Laxey and Ramsey.
The 13B bus went to Laxey in place of the tram service.
Normal service was resumed at 12:40PM.
