Family Issue Statement Week After Simon Leece Recieves 21 Year Sentence
The family of builder Terry Losh, the man killed in the Demesne Road Fire last year, have issued a statement a week on from the sentencing of arsonist Simon Leece.
The statement comes after Deemster Birkett handed down a 21 year sentence to Simon Leece, the man who started the fire in 19 Demesne Road that killed Mr Losh.
The statement reads...
'We are greatly relieved and satisfied with the outcome that has been reached within the judicial system and we would like to send our heartfelt gratitude to the police team who have been so supportive and worked so tirelessly in the pursuit of justice.
We as a family hope that in time we can come to terms with the heinous acts that have devastated our lives.
We again hope that this will allow some form of moving forward and remember the happy times.
Dad will be sadly missed by us all and especially his Grandchildren who loved him dearly.
He can never be brought back, but he will never be forgotten.'
