That's what a Member of Legislative Council wants to find out during this week's Tynwald sitting.
David Cretney will ask Treasury Minister Alf Cannan how many fines haven't been paid over the past five years.
He'll also ask how much has been written off and what the Treasury is doing to improve fine collection.
