Firefighters were called to an incident in the east of the Island yesterday.
At around 11.45am Douglas fire crews and the Emergency Services Joint Control Room responded to reports of a structure fire at a property in Onchan.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the fire had started in the kitchen and all residents had already evacuated the building.
Crews ventilated the property and stayed at the scene for 30 minutes.
