A street in central Douglas is due to close for around five weeks for resurfacing in the New Year.
Castle Mona Avenue will shut from January 6.
The Department of Infrastructure says it's too narrow to allow access while the work takes place and so will need to be shut from Central Promenade.
The work is due to be finished by February 14.
