Government staff who are working flexi-time aren't to blame for public counters being closed.
That's the message from Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas after facing questions in the House of Keys this week.
Onchan MHK Julie Edge asked what impact flexible working hours were having on frontline services.
Mr Thomas said in many cases staff aren't offered flexi-time working because of the impact it may have:
