Onchan Football Club wants to show off its identity at its clubhouse.
In a planning application, it's asked permission to put up new signs at its headquarters on Blackberry Lane.
It says it wants to put up a crest over the words "Onchan AFC founded 1912".
The sign would be on the building's gable end, facing towards the road.
