The majority of Friday's sailings are subject to disruption or cancellation, due to forecast poor weather.
The Steam Packet says its 8.45am sailing to Heysham, its return - alongside the 3pm departure to Liverpool - including its return could all be affected.
Further, Friday evening's voyage to Liverpool could also be called off.
