Government's emphasis doesn't need to be on 'reform' during this administration.
That's according to the new Policy and Reform Minister - last week we asked him when people would start to see much talked about change:
Chris Thomas said the Chief Minister should be congratulated on his new CoMIN and his emphasis on inclusivity - saying the new ministers represented reform.
