The government has opened a consultation about plans to introduce an NHS levy on top of National Insurance and Income Tax.
It's after a 2p surcharge in last year's budget, described at the time as a one-off temporary levy.
Treasury says it wants your views about what it should be charged on, how it's collected and if it should have a personal allowance similar to income tax.
