Could changes to the Island's immigration system help boost the economy?
That's the question being asked by the government, which is reviewing immigration and has launched a public consultation on the issue.
The Cabinet Office says it's considering changes to four tiers of immigration which allow highly skilled workers from overseas to enter the Island - including from outside the European Economic Area.
The deadline for comments on the system is Friday, August 18 - the government says it hopes to bring in new rules in by March 2018.
