The government is looking for mobile caterers to be based at the Quarterbridge Car Park and St Johns near Ballacraine for both events.
Any applicants must be on the mobile food premises register which is monitored by the Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture.
Submissions must be sent to the Public Estates and Housing Division at the Sea Terminal in Douglas by Noon on Friday, March 29.
