Health and Social Care bosses will be called on to discuss a range of issues with a Tynwald committee next week.
Minister Howard Quayle will be joined by his chief executive and managing director for acute services.
The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee was set up in 2011 and has a wide scrutiny remit - it's made up of MHK's Brenda Cannell and Steve Rodan and MLC Alan Crowe.
The hearing will take place on Wednesday in the Legislative Council chambers - members of the public can attend.
