Addiction services charity Motiv8 have said help is on hand throughout the festive period, should you need it.
Traditionally the service sees a spike in people reaching out to them around this time of the year.
This can be as a result of people using the bringing in of the New Year as a catalyst for changing their ways, if they're struggling with addiction.
