Graham Cregeen has said help and support will be on hand for all carers and relatives as eight residents of Southlands prepare to temporarily move to Thie Meanagh tomorrow.
It's because of major staff shortages at the Gansey Unit in Port Erin.
The move was announced last week and sparked major concern among relatives and carers who fear the negative effect it could have on the dementia sufferers.
