Castletown commissioners say flood defences held up well last night as harbour flooding threatened the Island.
High tides and strong winds overnight led to a flood warning around the Island.
Defences were deployed around Castletown harbour, and the local authority says they'll remain in place over the weekend.
On Facebook, it said the defences had done their job - although the town's new crane statue almost got its feet wet!
