Hospice at Home is celebrating 25 years of fundraising, and aims to achieve its highest annual total this year.
The charity, also known as the Diana Princess of Wales Hospice Care at Home Trust, helps fund specialist nurses to provide respite and end of life palliative care for Island residents wishing to remain at home.
In 2022, the hospice at home service provided over 2,400 hours of care, helping almost 100 people.
Details of fundraising events throughout 2023 can be found here.
