The site of a former museum on the TT course could become three new homes under proposals lodged with planners.
PNJ Properties of Kelly Close in Glen Vine has applied to build houses on the site of the former Manx Motor Museum.
In its application it says the terraced homes would be aimed at young people for starter homes or downsizing retirees.
It adds the development would have its own parking.
