Safety incidents at Noble's Hospital have fallen by almost a third in just 12 months, according to the Island's health minister.
Claire Christian MHK faced a question for written reply from Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper about the number of incidents over the past six years.
The data shows in 2023, there were 6,319 reports - but that figure fell to just 4,495 this year.
There was a steep decline in the number of trips or falls, and the number of self-harm incidents dropped by around 60 per cent.
