It's 'vital' the Island continues to 'proactively engage with EU institutions.'
That's according to the Chief Minister, who has recently met with politicians and senior officials during a visit to Brussels.
Alfred Cannan says even though the UK has left the EU, the bloc continues to play an important role in setting standards for financial regulation, taxation, and anti-money laundering measures.
He adds that the EU can sometimes be critical of the Isle of Man, so he wanted to get across that we are co-operative, open, and always ready to talk.
