Are boys and girls treated differently by school uniform rules?
A Freedom of Information Request to the Department of Education, Sport and Culture has revealed how many disciplinary points have been handed out over school skirts.
The question asked how many behaviour points girls had been given for not wearing the correct skirt and how many boys for wearing trousers that weren't the correct length.
In the first six weeks of term time, 46 points had been given to girls in years 8, 9 and 10 - but the department said it didn't have data on boys.
