Irish Sea earthquake 'not strong enough to be felt'

Did the earth move for you this weekend?

The British Geological Survey says Island residents may not have been able to feel the 40th earthquake in Britain this year - but it was recorded by seismometers!

The quake hit at around 11am on Saturday 2 kilometres under the Irish Sea between the Isle of Man and Blackpool.

The BGS says it had a magnitude of 0.9 on the Richter scale.
