An Island charity supporting people who’ve lost a loved one says it’s been banned from Instagram.
Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man took to social media to tell people it could no longer access Instagram.
A notice from the company, which is owned by Facebook parent Meta, says it doesn’t follow community guidelines, the account has been deleted and there’s no way to appeal.
Cruse says people can still get in touch via Twitter, Facebook, phone or email.
For some reason, Instagram has permanently disabled our account 🫤. Bear with us while we try to get it fixed, or set up a new account. In the meantime, we're still around on Facebook and on Twitter and you can still get us on 668191 or info@cruseisleofman.org if you need us. pic.twitter.com/blFVoH9R1q
