The Isle of Man\'s latest Tax Information Exchange Agreement will enter into force on 18th January.
The agreement with Portugal was signed in London last summer by their Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, with the then Treasury Minister, Anne Craine signing for the Island.
The Island had ratified the agreement by October, with Portugal's London Embassy only now complicating their ratification procedures.
