Tynwald Day celebrations will take place in St Johns today.
The official ceremony begins at around 9.45am with the Lieutenant Governor arriving just after 10.30am.
He, along with Members of Tynwald and guests, then take part in a service in St John’s Chapel at 11am before the outdoor part of the ceremony on Tynwald Hill.
Surrounding the formal proceedings will be entertainment on the green including:

1.30pm - 2.30pm - Onchan Silver Band
2.30pm - 3pm - The Fairly Famous Family - street theatre performance
3pm - 4pm - Dog Agility Trials
4pm - 5pm - Isle of Man WInd Orchestra
5pm - 5.30pm - The Fairly Famous Family
6pm - Castletown Silver Band in the Royal Chapel
7.15pm - 7.45pm - Sunset ceremony with the Band of the Royal Artillery
10pm - 10.30pm - Ellan Vannin Pipes and Drums to perform on Tynwald Hill
