Island\'s Athetlics Team Shine Bright in Special Olympics

An Isle of Man Team are currently out in Gibraltar competing in the Special Olympics.

So far the Athletics team have won an impressive 7 Gold, 2 Silver and one Bronze medal.

Star of the show is 15-year-old Peter Taylor who claimed 3 Gold in the Long Jump, 100 metres and Relay Race.

Duncan Watterson claimed gold in the Shot Putt event.

Asides from Athletics the Island’s team are also taking part in Football and Swimming.
