Gas Safety Week will be marked on the Isle of Man next week with experts from the UK coming over to offer advice to keep people safe in their homes.
Badly fitted and poorly serviced gas appliances can cause gas leaks, fires, explosions and carbon monoxide poisoning, with ten deaths in the UK last year caused by these issues, hundreds were hospitalised.
