Airport bosses say a direct flight to Lanzarote has been delayed almost 24 hours because of problems with an aircraft yesterday.
A Smartwings service to Arrecife had been due to set off from the Island yesterday at 2pm.
But passengers have had to wait overnight after the plane had a technical issue which left it waiting on the tarmac for some time yesterday.
It's now due to leave at 1.30pm.
