A pub in Laxey could be in for a major facelift, if refurbishment plans are given the green light by planners.
A planning application for the Shore Hotel on Old Laxey Hill has been submitted - with proposals for new hotel bedrooms and a 42-seater restaurant.
The plans would see large parts of the site bulldozed and replaced with a new building and covered area.
In a detailed planning statement, those behind the refurb say the new building would improve the conservation area and provide much-needed tourism facilities.
