A British Legion branch in the south of the Island says it could close if more people don't get involved.
Local MHK Juan Watterson says the Port Erin branch has been running for almost a century, running the Poppy Appeal locally as well as organising a Remembrance Sunday Service.
However this year, it is struggling to find enough people to form a committee - and says if it can't find volunteers it may have to shut down.
