If you're looking to get your hands on a lateral flow testing kit, you should wait for a gov't announcement.
The advice comes from Manx Care which said at the time of writing, the promised kits were not yet in stock.
A spokesman from the Health Organisation tweeted: "Please don't be verbally abusive to staff.
"This is completely unacceptable and won't be tolerated".
