Liberal Vannin Party put forward Peel candidate

Former Peel commissioner Penny Hardman will be vying to take the post left vacant by Tim Crookall's elevation into the Legislative Council.

 

In her manifesto she says finding a solution to the area's sewerage problem will be a top priority.

 

Penny has worked in the finance sector, owned her own business and has experience as a civil servant.

 

The by-election will be held on September 10th - so far David Pownall and Ray Harmer have also announced they will be contesting the seat.
