One of the Island's political parties says it welcomes a government U-turn over pensions.
Earlier today, Treasury Minister Dr Alex Allinson said he wouldn't ask Tynwald to scrap the triple-lock system when the court sits next week - instead, he'll keep it for the time being.
Liberal Vannin described the decision as a 'climb down' and congratulated those who'd fought against the move.
On Facebook, it says it'll campaign to protect the value of pensions with increases in future.
