Douglas’s volunteer lifeboat crew was called out yesterday to help a yacht with engine failure.
The incident happened shortly before 5.30am.
The yacht was drifting towards the south of Douglas but when the lifeboat arrived the sailors has managed to get to engine working again.
The team escorted the vessel to Douglas Harbour and assisted with mooring the yacht up.
