Port St Mary lifeboat was called out last night when a yacht got into difficulties off the Island's coast.
The crew were called out at around 6.30pm after the 28-foot vessel got caught on the rocks - close to the slipway at the back of the harbour.
The Spirit of Leicester reached the boat, which had two people aboard.
The yacht was then safely towed back to its berth in the bay.
